Called this places and clearly told me they’ll do the job, make me wait 15 minutes after I arrived and told me to come back another day with no explanation do not come to this place. Professionalism not in this place.

While driving on the expressway, my steering wheel started shaking very aggressively and I wasn’t sure why. This was the closest stop nearby and since it’s my wife’s car, I didn’t want to risk her being stranded. After pulling up, I spoke to who I believe was the shop owner. He was the only one with a name tag and mechanic attire. Without much back and forth, he quickly figured out the tires needed balancing and he was right on the money. He balanced both wheels just to make sure everything was even, at $25 per wheel, and had me in and out in under 30 minutes. Great service, affordable pricing, and exactly what I needed in the moment. I took my car there for a tie rod change and they was sorting to point out stuff on my car. Trying to fix stuff that wasn’t broken.The rookie mechanic ordered the tie rod to a chevroltte but not to my impala.he orderd the one that goes on a Tahoe.I was caheged 288$ and didn’t get shi done! Complete rip off😒The owner said it was my Fault 🤦🏽 for what 🤷🏽‍♂️ idk I didn’t order the tie rod his worker did.Don’t take your car there
